on the anniversary of 9/11. tonight fox has new information that the attack on the u.s. consulate in benghazi, the attack that killed our ambassador to libya and three others was directly tied to al-qaeda. a former detainee released from kwan taken mow was suspected to lead the attack. in 2007 he was transferred to libyan custody under the condition that he would be kept in prison forever. but guess what, he was not. and is now it is suspected he led the assault against the u.s. consulate in benghazi. and the white house blind sighted. in fact for an entire week the obama administration has stuck to its story line that this year's 9/11 anniversary attack was a reaction to an anti-muslim youtube video. it was not until today they finally admitted the libya consulate tack was an attack of terrorism. we are joined now by -- >> good evening, sir. >> good evening. >> why are we learning this just now? >> i don't think you are learning it just now. we have an administration that was trying to deceive the american people or showed ineptness and incompetence. we know al-qaeda and others were involved
